Ryan A. especially made it all a smooth affair, making sure everything was transparent and understood - the follow-ups were appreciated as well. My son and I went in looking for a vehicle for him. Sunny acknowledged us and not in a pushy manor. Very professional. Listened to our needs and helped find a high quality car for my son within his budget. He took as much time as we needed and we couldn’t be happier. Taking a minute to rate Hyundai is nothing compared to the time Pat Windrum took to help me find a vehicle. He was patient and honest but most importantly, he never made me feel pressured or rushed. Pat was very attentive to what I needed in a vehicle and respected my firm budget. Once I (finally) made my decision, Laura Latoski in financing made the rest quick and easy! Pat and his team at Hyundai went above and beyond for me and because of that, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

She went above and beyond at every opportunity she could and even followed up with me days after my purchase which I very much appreciated. Service shop is terrible. My wife brought her vehicle in for a morning appointment. After being ignored by the service reps while men who drove in after her were attended to, they finally took her keys and got her set up. We described exactly what our issue was (broken wire within a harness, easy visible under the bumper) and that the vehicle was still under warranty. They told her the vehicle would be ready around lunch. We got a call around 4:00 saying that there was a broken wire, it’s not under warranty and we owed them 80 for the diagnostic. I informed the service manager I wasn’t about to pay him 80 to ‘diagnose’ literally what I told him was wrong, and he did waive the charge, but the crummy service doesn’t stop there. Hyundai also performed a ‘complimentary inspection’ and noted they filled the washer fluid tank.... the low fluid light came on while driving home, so I guess they must have used fast evaporating fluid lol. They also noted pitting and corrosion on the brake rotors and recommended they get machined for 300... The tech must have X ray vision or something because my winter wheels have locking nuts, and the key for them was sitting at home on my workbench. We will definitely be driving to Moose Jaw Hyundai for parts and service in the future.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson. Hop, Sanny and Sierra assisted us from choosing the right car, paper works till we got to drive the car home. All happened in 3 hrs. It was an easy peasy transaction. They made sure that we get what we wanted. It may be beyond the budget that we were looking but they made sure that every penny we spent was worth it.
