Kristine made me a believer of how hypnotherapy can help anyone with emotional, mental and spiritual challenges and needs. I was a little skeptic to try hypnotherapy but I figured I've tried EVERYTHING I could to help me with my illness. I came across google and I typed in how to help people with ____. Hypnotherapy was one of the recommendations and somehow it caught my eye. Of course, I googled the best hypnotherapist and Kristine was highly rated. On our first meeting, it was a consultation and I think when she heard enough of how she can help me, I had my therapy. I like that she understands where I was coming from and addressed my issues. She gave me tips and resources. I love that she takes time to listen. After that, I kept coming back every week, then every two weeks. I feel renewed, enlightened, and have more emotional control. I honestly couldn't get enough treatment. It's like going to a massage therapy, you just keep going. I also love her workshop. There's free streaming hypnotherapy on her website to try, for FREE. She has the most soothing voice. Thank you, Kristine. You don't know how much you've helped me and my family. I was lost and now, I am as good as I can be, not perfect, but more content and forgiving with myself. I think I should stop or I'll never stop talking/typing. Forever grateful, April :)
