We had a wonderful experience working with Hyphen Studio on our new build. Mehdy and Noushin were patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have an excellent sense of design and space which allowed us to get the most out of our square footage. They also helped us easily navigate the difficult city bylaws/codes/committee of adjustments process. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
We are at the early stages of design and development of a private residence in North York, but so far it has been a great and pleasant experience working with Mehdy at Hyphen Studio. I really appreciate his creativity and experience in design for a particular location. I can also appreciate Hyphen Studio taking on all the necessary administrative details with the city, especially in this COVID-19 difficult time. Having personally been through that process before, I was more than happy to have it done by a professional team. Looking forward to our final drawing and permit and breaking ground.
