Shipping folks aren't too bad, they try to accommodate you. They let me email the customs doc's to the office so the ACE and PAPS could be set up. Guys loading seem decent. Can be ugly if too many trucks converge at the same time as their dock area is small.
I have called this company with an offer to buy 50000 bags for my business but the salesman treated me like an annoyance and ended conversation in 5 seconds .
