Was a very nice place to stay not an average motel more like a cottage feel to it. Nice and clean.Dog friendly. Dark sky preserve area too! Would stay again

Without doubt one of my favorite motels I stayed during my time on Manitoulin Island! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and owners. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible- delicious homemade foods were brought to our room, while accommodating our allergies (appreciate this!) We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Located just a couple of minutes near the public beach with a beautiful playground and sandy beach. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The boardwalk walks were a great way to end the days. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the new owners who transformed the place in the past couple of years; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Absolutely incredible experience! It was a pleasure to eat delicious homemade food made by very nice hosts. The menu had lots of variety and everything I tried was fresh, plentiful and yummy! I can’t wait for next summer so I can come back to visit again and try some new menu items! We especially enjoyed the chilly evenings by the huge bonfire.

The food is absolutely amazing. We live in Little Current and drive to Prov just for the Georgian food! We have had the shawarma, Georgian Plov, handmade perogies, and Bourekas hand pies. All are delicious! The staff is very friendly and super nice. I haven’t stayed here as I live on the Island, but come just for the food. A large portion of the building seems to be empty, but there is great potential here. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner and spending the day on the beach.

Great little place. Short walk to the water. Contactless entry. Very clean rooms. Restaurant on site. Excellent food! We called our food order in and they brought it right to the room. They were very mindfull with covid safety precautions.

Nice spot to stop in for pizza by the beach. Inexpensive and the lady who runs it was very nice. Also yummy Nanaimo bars.

We had a cookie and muffin. Both were okay Was overcharged 50 cents for the muffin. When I highlighted this to the host they mentioned that the price was 50 cents higher because the muffin was bigger and the menu does not reflect the accurate prices. The muffin was actually smaller than the average muffin. Irrespective, menu prices need to be honoured. I have zero tolerance for this customer service

we stayed here one night and was a great surprise. the room was clean and updated and the food was amazing. the ugly front facade is not helping.
