We dropped our daughter off for a recent workshop conducted in a Saturday. The workshop included sessions of dance and fight choreography, some improve and a presentation of Rocky the musical. Our daughter was very happy with the entire day long event. Thus beautiful unassuming theatre jumps right at you, as it seems like its located almost in the middle of nowhere. Drayton theatre puts on some very good productions. Recommended.

The Company of a really Retro CROONER Christmas had an amazing time at Huron Country Playhouse. The audience was outstanding! It was such a warm crowd... The staff is second-to-none! Look forward our next visit!!
The quality of the performances at Huron Country Playhouse is always outstanding. We have seen many shows of all types for years and never been disappointed. We recently saw 12 Angry Men and it was superb! It's such a great play, but the acting from every character was just amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough.
A smaller theater than most. However, that doesn't change the amazing shows that they are able to provide. I've seen several shows here in playhouse two, however they do have two separate theaters in the same building. So they always have two shows running. Usually a much smaller cast than most productions you may see but that doesn't compromise the exceptional show that they put on. I saw a production of 12 angry men there that literally was twelve men standing on stage yelling at one another however they portrayed the story so well and kept you captivated the whole show. I would definitely recommend checking out a show there if you are visiting the area or live in the area and have never been.
It doesn't get much better than this! Beautifully designed Rural Playhouse with numerous excellent exit doors to manage quick safe exit during Intermission and after. Saw the World Premiere of \Rocky\. Creative stage use and design, High quality cast, all of which contributed to a funtastic evening. Highly recommend this enchanting venue.
