Met with the mortgage specialist Danielle Wilkinson, even before the meeting she was 25 minutes late, walked in with Tim's and was very unprofessional. She never got back to us on our application either. We had to send multiple emails just to get the response we hadn't been approved. On a happy note we went to RBC and are proud homeowners!

Staff is very nice but branch is conpletely understaffed. I wanted to speak to a mortgage or investment specialist but no one was available for almost 2 weeks. I have been a customer of TD for 45 years but I give up!! Going elsewhere .

So the service inside the actual bank is fine, typical bank with friendly tellers. Calling on the other hand is just a waste of time. Was on hold for 2 hours during their buisness hours and nobody ever answered so we had to go in to the actual bank, not a huge deal. Now my service dog is in training and due to Covid-19 they have staff waiting at the doors to let you in.. Both staff at both doors were distracting to him, making our trip a little less tolerable and once I finally got to see a teller she just told me I had to call another line! I called the other line and was on hold for about 2 and a half hours for a 3 minute phone call! I feel that was absolutely ridiculous. I don't really have any other choice for a bank so I guess we just have to learn how to deal.

We recently dealt with Amanda for a Mortgage pertaining to a move from Huntsville to Bracebridge. She was amazing in this extremely competitive real estate market. Horrible service, can never get through to anyone over the phone, 4 minutes of options then it automatically hangs up. Been trying for 4 days at different times, Do not recommend TD for any banking solutions.
