Do not deal with this place, if you love your family spend a couple extra bucks and go elsewhere If you look at all my other ratings I traditionally give 5 star reviews does not return calls, does not reply to emails.. unwilling to work with customers.. I was supposed to stay here just after Christmas, had 0 plans of cancelling my stay.. lockdowns happened and I was unable to go... this place was unwilling to work with me whatsoever, no partial refund no changed dates ... I asked for a call back, they never called.. 250 bucks it cost me I tried cancel and work with them a week prior to arriving , no body got back to me until the day before my stay when I could “do nothing about it”!!! Just garbage management.

The in-suite fireplace and seperation of the bathroom and "kitchen" make this Inn feel like you're staying in a nice apartment with room service. The staff were kind and we even got to pick the room we stayed in. The room was large, clean and had a lovely cottage vibe.

Matt, the "manager" treats the guests like dirt, and his druggie friends like royalty. In this day and age, where hospitality is suffering due to Covid lockdown, you should be ensuring that your guests want to come back.

Had my grandmother (85yrs old) book a room there, she had to change her plans on visiting, gave 35hrs notice, they wouldn't credit her money back, said it had to be 48hrs. Charged her 145.00 on her credit card. Wouldn't recommend

I booked at this hotel for travelling there during Thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately, my son became unwell with fatigue/stomach pains so we got worried if he is coming down with something, especially during the COVID19 pandemic. So we called Expedia asking if we could cancel although our reservation was non-cancelable and the fine print had said we lose the whole amount if we cancel but we were worried if what he was coming down with something that would become serious and therefore being cautious for ourselves and the health of others at the Rainbow Inn, we canceled our reservation with Expedia (note this was a whole day before we were to arrive at the Inn). Expedia said they would contact the hotel manager to get us a portion of our reservation back so we were confident that some amount would be refunded. This would also allow Rainbow Inn to fairly sell the vacant open room to others so they could make up their loss by us. The next day, we called the hotel to find out what happened. The owner picked up the phone and flatly refused to refund any amount (I paid up front for two nights) as the contract stated the rules. I agreed from his perspective but mentioned that as we cancelled early we thought he had the room to sell to others and it wasn't as if we were "no shows" where he would be correct in taking the monies? I was surprised by his behaviour as I tried to be fair in the hopes of getting some percentage of the monies back but I guess the owner here is really focused on his bottom line and money is all he has in mind. Sad to see we have such people in the industry who would rather pocket money from customers even though not a dime of the service was used and we tried to be fair by cancelling a day before the actual booking. Go elsewhere folks where the owners would actually have a heart. This guy is all about making money and throwing fine print in your face :-(
