Dave is a very friendly guy who will help you with your vintage electronic equipment. I brought in a vintage remote control for a Genius Ultramatic adjustable bed that is 20 years old and had been well used by my aging 91 years old Mother. I was afraid that parts would no longer be available and that my Mother would no longer be able to control the head up function on her bed. Dave cleaned and fixed the remote control within 2 hours on the day I brought it into him and phoned me as soon as it was ready. I highly recommend Dave and his staff for fast professional service. My Mother will be able to keep on using her bed that she is so comfortable in and would not want to part with for a new unfamiliar one. I will be bringing my vintage 1985 Yamaha A520 amplifier to Dave to clean the dirt and dust out of the push button control contacts, and I know his professional staff will do a fast and expert job for me. Vintage electronic equipment was well built and is definitely worth fixing!

Early in January I dug an old Sansui turntable and JBL speakers out of storage. The system had been collecting dust for a couple of decades. I took it to Dave and he said it would be a couple of weeks to repair. I could see he was busy so I was prepared to wait a month. Well, three days later, he called and my system was ready to go! It’s been wonderful sharing my 1980s & 1990s record collection with the kids. Now they are experiencing what real music sounds like! If you have an old system, Dave and his team will fix it for you.

Awesome service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I brought in an old turntable that wasn't working and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes! Very reasonable price too. Definitely recommend!

So 9 WEEKS today I brought in a Pioneer 25CD Stacker for repairs! I also left a deposit of 90.40!! Tommorow Dec 11th my husband & I will be in to pick up the STEREO & want my 90.40 refunded!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE way of doing business!!! Nellie Molinelli YEAR 2020 Oct 8 - dropped off my PIONEER 25 CD Stacker (90.40 deposit, says it's repairable) Oct 28 - I called, says will let me know within a week Nov 12 -I called, says with a customer-will call me back (did NOT call back) Nov 17 -I sent an email asking when will my Stereo be done? Nov 17 - I was called and told he will get Tom to work on it Nov 27 - I get an email saying he's hoping Tom will have it done by Mon Nov 30th, otherwise it's not worth repairing Dec 10 - it's NOW 9 weeks since I dropped off my Stereo to be repaired!!!! (UNACCEPTABLE!!) NOW wondering if the Deposit was for Storage ONLY... Feb 5, 2021 I called, was told not repairable, can be picked up tomorrow! I'm tired of waiting and ALL the excuses!! I dropped it off Oct 8th so I could have it back BEFORE December! This is NOT SERVICE!
