We purchased a 2021 GTI from Michelle Carvalho last week and I have to say it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Michelle was responsive, knowledgeable and professional the whole way through - she even took the time to respond to my inquiries on the Family Day Monday. While that was not expected; it showed that Humberview is willing to go the extra mile. On pick-up day, Michelle, Robert and Nick went over-and-above to ensure we fully understood all of the features of the vehicle and made the trade process as painless as possible. The whole experience was top-notch. As for the GTI - we LOVE it so far! Could not be happier!
Just received service on my Beetle. Senior service consultant, Frank Sbrocchi was absolutely fantastic. He fully explained what repairs were required, and more importantly, why in a very friendly and professional manner. Humberview Volkswagon is the only dealership I would ever take my beloved Beetle convertible. Thanks again Frank, for everything!
Definitively the best VW service out of all the dealerships, by far. Ask for David or Frankie. They are transparent, and fair. Vehicle repair costs are what they are, but this team looks out for the customer in the sense that they will seek warranty compensation where applicable. Some dealerships simply won't go through the effort because they'd rather you pay or go away then fill out paperwork justifying repair through warranty. Forget Yorkdale, Vaughan ain't bad, but Humberview is a leader in service in the GTA.
Update: I am amending my review to reflect this dealership's commitment to address concerns I had shortly after purchasing my 2019 Golf R as well as improving their service as a whole. Jim and Calvin took swift action based on the feedback I provided. Michelle is an excellent sales consultant and I would recommend giving her a call for a no-nonsense vehicle purchase experience. It is not perfect, and we are still working through some issues, but I believe the 4/5 star updated review is an accurate representation of my experience. Summary: Bought a brand new 2019 Golf R, wanted to address some minor issues with it, had a poor service experience, passed on my feedback to leadership who addressed it internally and have since continues to work on improving my situation.
