A very unsettling experience at hto... I had purchased a 100 gift certificate for my wife at Valentine's day for her to get a new very expensive bikini for our trip. The girl working there convinced me she would have no problem finding a suit with the selection provided knowing i was very skeptical due to my knowledge of women's wear. Not to my surprise my wife couldn't find anything... including sun glasses flip flops or even a simple t shirt. After requesting a refund they suggested it may be a possibility to get my money back I was hopeful to receive a call but nothing. I went to speak with the owner in this regard and he again explained he would call to let me know. Just a ploy to get me to leave I assume due to no call. I also looked to find something to purchase with no luck and was disgusted at the 85 selection of swim shorts. I have thrown my money in the garbage by going to this store and will never go back along with anyone I know. I suggest you do the same! Dont waste your money in this RIP off store they are closing down sooke store and are trying to stay a float by ripping off customers.

Some of the best surf gear and clothing in Victoria. They have a wide selection of spearfishing gear as well. They are really knowledgeable and support all kinds of great local initiatives. Friendly staff. They have some good Facebook and online promotions too!
