Haseeb was great to deal with. He listened and gave great options for our budget. We were referred by friends that did their research and HT Blinds was best bang for buck. The installer Mo, was a pleasure and performed a quick and efficient install. In our basement, we ordered smooth faux wood blinds but they came with the wood grain. Haseeb acknowledged the error and took proactive steps to rectify the issue to our satisfaction.
