This location of H&R block is grossly incompetent and is highly unprofessional. I had dropped off my taxes and they claimed that it would take only a few days. After 4 WEEKS of waiting my taxes were not completed! The staff continuously gave me the run around on when my taxes would be complete. It had seemed like they forgot to simply complete their job. Anyone that needs to file taxes GO Somewhere ELSE. If I could give a zero rating I would
