Six years ago my wife and I went to Victoria and were in a local pub and tried Dark Matter. I fell in love with it and had to beg the owner of the pub that I would pay any amount of money he wanted for one of the glasses that said Hoyne. I packed it in my carry on and secured it well but due to a packed flight had to check it. When I got back to AL was devastated it was broke. Last year for our 20th Anniversary we took a cruise to Alaska. My wife asked what I wanted for my 20th Anniversary present and told her I wanted a new Hoyne glass and tour. She contacted Sean and Chantal and told them that and they made it happen. They gave me a pack of glasses, tour, beer tasting and two people we met on cruise that came with us they treated them amazing also. They are truly wonderful people that have the best beer and the love for their customers. I hope to have a vacation next year up around Victoria cause it’s worth it to drink their beer again and support people that care for you.

Honestly this brewery has caught a piece of my heart. Their entire lineup is absolutely delicious. It all started for me chilling one day with a co worker, who happened to bring over some Dark Matter. From the amazing flavours to the incredible artwork on the bottle, I was hooked. Ive since dabbled in most of their line up. Lately Ive been stuck on the Pilsner, and sometime Helios. These guys should honestly win an award for how clean the artwork is on all of their products.

Amazing beer. A nice Hoyne Pilsner in their own Pilsner glass is easily my absolute favourite. The girl working last night filling growlers was very friend and fast. Highly recommended! Hoyne is easily one of my favourite beers, all their brews are fantastic. This batch did not disappoint!
