our family Met The Howell Team at the Toronto Boat show, we went there looking for our first boat, and spoke to many suppliers and dealers, where we finally came across Howells Marine, immediately felt welcomed and they took time to explain all the options, they went over and above and we were happy with the decision we made to purchase from them, they looked after us on the delivery, with virtual delivery, sending us instruction videos personalized for our boat, they did a walk through on day of pick up and through out the season with our questions, always available and courteous, they also have many great services such as pick up and delivery, and storing our boat on top of normal service items. they truly follow through with customer service and will recommend anyone looking for a fun family boat to purchase from Howell Marine Services. We would like to thank Bob and Tammy of Howells Marine for giving us an incredible buying experience when we picked up our new 2018 South Bay S224 RS Tritoon with a 150 Mercury on it yesterday. We bought this boat sight unseen from the Hamilton boat show this past March. My first impression of Bob was he's a knowledgeable owner and a great consultant of his product, not a salesman. Bob's personality allows you to feel comfortable and relax during the entire buying process. Bob said we have a boat that matches what your looking for and I believed him. I gave Howells a 5,000.00 dollars deposit and 3 months later we seen our boat for the very first time we were beyond thrilled!!!! Just incredible day, one we'll remember for the rest of our life's!!!! P.S. we asked Bob if he could install a new swing turbo tow bar we bought on line a couple days ago and he did it free of charge!!! I'm a customer for life... Thank you Howells for a great buying experience!!!!
