I went to the walk-in clinic of Howden to check up on a pain I had in my arm. I was able to get a doctor's appointment fast. However, when I came back to the reception, they said I have to pay 20. I wasn't informed about it when I came in the first place, nor any mention of a fee on their website. In a country with free healthcare, charging a fee was very unfair and unprofessional.They charge us and get money from our health card on top of it. There are plenty of walk-in clinics that don't charge any money, so please check before visiting. I hope this helps someone to avoid the same mistake I made. I will not visit again and will not recommend either.

I've never written a review like this before but I thought the service was really great so I may as well do it for this place. Even though they were somewhat busy at my time of arrival I was still able to get in and out quickly and the friendly staff made what wasn't an ideal situation for me quick and seamless and the doctor I was with was very informative and helpful in giving me further instructions.

Doctors are good but one girl at front desk is very rude. Behaving like boss herself. Shouting on patient’s family members and giving her own results. On asking permission also not behaving well and not even trying to listen others. Just say whatever she wants. Very rude girl. Feels like patient has no right to say what they want. She should understand and listen first what patients are saying but no she’s putting her own judgment. I understand and agreed with COVID -19 rules as well but there is a way to say. I came there to talk with her so that I will take her permission as other staff asked me. Without knowing what I want to say, how she know why I was there by just looking. She can say politely as well rather than shouting. No profession and discipline teach anyone this way.
