If I could give a 6/5 stars, I totally would! Aside from being competitively priced, they were an amazing company to deal with as a whole. I loved the family-friendly feel that you get when dealing with Howald, and they really do make customer service and satisfaction a priority! Install day has come and gone, and I couldn't be happier with our new door and windows. From beginning to end, Howald was amazing! Special shout out to the install team of Bob, Scott and Jason for being amazing at what they do, and an all around pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely be returning to Howald for all of our future projects, and will recommend them to everyone I can. Great work!!
I was very pleased with the quick response to my door issue today. In less than two hours after my phone call I had two capable and friendly men named Junior and Justin who quickly fixed the issue with my door. Thank you Howald Windows and Doors!
Fantastic company! From our first phone call to them, to the final installation, they're been wonderful. We had countless quotes for our windows and Howalds were by far the best, both in terms of price and attitude: they're responsive, friendly, and honest (which can't be said for all windows companies!). Ben was especially patient and helpful with providing multiple estimates (particularly as we kept changing our minds!), and we couldn't have been happier with the final installation. The team definitely went above and beyond, and did an awesome job. Very highly recommended. We're looking forward to using Howald's again on our next project.
