I would have preferred if I could have reviewed without giving any stars. I called and followed the prompts and I was told that the mailbox isn't accepting any messages, and was hung up on automatically. So, I work full time, I just found out mid March that I have to move because my landlords insurance will not cover him for all the people renting in the house ( took him 2 years to figure that out) and I'm struggling with the 550 I was paying for that room. So, now I'm looking and everywhere is stipulations ( only Indian, students welcome, only Korean, Japanese, female only, no cooking) and rooms are now 800 and 900 . What exactly are my choices when places like this aren't even available to get help from?

the website can't offer any resources, the staff don't answer the phone, emails are ignored and the mailboxes don't accept messages. What exactly do these people do to justify their paycheque provided by my tax dollars?

I spoke to this organization recently about housing help, and the rep literally told me \you need to hang up the phone and call 311\. I will be reporting this organization. For people that's looking for help, to treat others that way, this is quite disgusting.
