They even went the extra mile of explaining about material used. No pushy salesman. Very professional. Follow up was promptly done Very happy with their professional services. We renovated our house and decided to get new blinds - we made the right choice to choose House of Blinds as they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every possible way - They provided us with pricing, took the measurements and blinds were ready earlier than anticipated which was definitely a bonus. Installation took no time, measurements were accurate and they were extremely professional and friendly. instructions on how to use the remote were explained clearly and super easy - we couldn't have asked for a better service and quality. We recently moved into our new home. The whole process from the first consultation to the installation was smooth. We love our new blinds! They’re absolutely beautiful and high quality. We are so happy we chose House of blinds. They were very knowledgeable and informative. They always replied to my questions or texts very quickly. We had snow fall the night before and our entrie front porch was cover in snow. He shoveled all the snow for us without even us asking before they started the installation process. It's not everyday that you have an exceptional service experience that you want to tell the world about so I am so excited to share my experience with Kevah from House of Blinds. Kevah did my blinds over 11 years ago and over the years a few clips have broken from the louvers to the adjustment bar. I contacted Kevah about a week ago and told him about it, he immediately offered his support and contacted the manufacturer. Initially he thought they might be covered under warranty but later we learned the warranty is only for five years. I was fully expecting to pay for the parts which were quoted over 100, he notified me this morning he would be covering the cost of repair. I didn't ask or complain, the dude just wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I am, and I highly recommend a business that goes the extra mile to make sure the client is satisfied, I highly recommend HOUSE OF BLINDS!!
