Great experience using Hotwire for the first time after a family member recommended them. Raj and the whole team were extremely helpful and patient with our multitude of questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or add a new cell phone plan.
This store was amazing with customer service. I was adding another phone line to the one I already had and my phone provider was giving me a hard time on the phone. I went into the store and the representatives dealt with me so professionally that I wasn’t upset anymore. They solved my problem and were extremely patient with me. They were way better than the representatives on the phone. I would recommend this store to any TELUS customer for new lines and promotions instead of the agents you’ll get on the phone.
Raj and Monika are fantastic. They are way more knowledgeable and helpful than the people at the big cell phone stores, and they’ll get you a great deal. Highly highly recommend!
