Worst experience ever. Once they receive the signed order and check, the project \manager\ Stephen disappears with 0 communication when it comes to handling problems. You are passed to the project \coordinator\ Hart who pretty much seems like a unpaid intern and is incompetent. Order screw ups, massive delays causing us to lose a lot of money. Missing items. We actually had to call the delivery company direct to schedule our delivery because the \coordinator\ had a hard time reaching his \contact\ at the same company. Considering legal action to recoup lost revenue
