Going into the office was a very cold and sterile environment. Everything is closed up and locked. It is not like most downtown law firms where there is an open and inviting space. There is no reception desk with an open seating area as clients coming in are completely sealed off and segregated from the rest of the office space. The lawyer I met, Tim Duggan, was quite rude and wanted me in and out as quick as possible because it was a free consultation.
