I have bought from Anna's incense several times and never had a problem either with the quality of the product or with customer service.

I revised this from one star to two stars because I did finally get a response.. My incense would not stay lit. I finally got a response as to what to do to get them to stay lit. Because they are made fresh you may need to put them in the microwave for about a minute to dry them out. It . It worked on a couple that burned almost half way. I am now getting no burn again even after microwaving them. I don't get it...they should burn right out of the package!
Please do not buy from this company, they do not care about their customers. Firstly, I never leave bad reviews and hate to do so as I love supporting small Canadian businesses but I don't want anyone else getting scammed like I did. I ordered almost 50 worth of incense and NONE of it works. I messaged the owner twice before receiving an answer and was told that shipping is prohibitive due to cost. After that, she never emailed me back. Please don't make the same mistake I did, I only wish I had seen the previous reviews prior to ordering from this company.

This is the only incense we buy. Most of her products are mail-order but offers a full selection of fragrances and supplies. Delivery is fast and they throw in a free sample, which is always welcome. Prices are fantastic for extremely high quality incense.
My first order was a disaster pack, and I have to say these are the best incense I have ever burned. I bought many on amazon and locally at a mall, but none come close to these in quality. My second order is on the way, this time I picked out scents, so I can try to figure out my favorites as the disaster pack is a variety pack. Would recommend to anyone that wants incense that doesn't smell like chemicals and perfume.

I can't believe this company gets anything more than one star. You are better off burning your money literally. I ordered 4 different scents from there so called recommend favorites. They have no smell other then the wood stick itself. There customer service is terrible:( Once they get you suckered in with all the false reviews it's all over!
