The birthday party room was great; designated bathroom. However, the play space, I would never pay to go there. The 4and under space was dangerous as the big kids ran through there and knocked into everything which in turned hurt some little kids. The big kid space; kids would get lost in it and parents are not always able to fit in the spaces and tunnels to get their kids. Either way, I have been to better indoor playgrounds and will stick with them. Thanks for the birthday party invite!

My son was super happy and that for me is a five star, the place was clean, with a lot of options for kids of every age, but at some point there were to many people inside the place, in times like these not a good idea, but amazing overall.

My favourite place to take my daughter during the cold, plus they check your temperature everytime you go in so I feel safe despite the ongoing pandemic and risk of covid. Good job!

Hop Skip Jump is an excellent kids cafe. The facilities for kids are fun, varied, and age appropriate - our 2 year old loves both the regular structure and the toddler area. The snacks are reasonably priced and tasty, and there are good kids snacks. The seating for adults, while limited, is comfortable. Couple of suggestions for improvements: more adult seating, though that might be difficult, and more plugs near the adult seating. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Love going there with my family. Really great place for kids to burn off some energy and make lots of memories! Staff are friendly and coffee is good too.
