For 2 years, I must have come here at least twice a week for dinner. Great food at reasonable prices. Not as greasy as other Chinese places. Awesome service. Highly recommended!

The food is amazing! I found that many restaurants provided low quality of food and customer service after they provided takeout during the pandemic. But this restaurant is as good as usual and even better! Absolutely love it!
The food at HK Bistro is consistently flavourful, authentic and the service is friendly and helpful. I love this whole restaurant, everything about it. It feels like home (even if I’m not from HK!) because it has a warm comfortable vibe. I like their lunch specials and chef specials. I like their fried chicken with fried egg lunch special, beef brisket, spicy pork chop, Hainanese chicken and many more!
It can get crazy busy around lunchtime. I headed there just 30 minutes after opening and it was 95% full. Some of the tables are uncomfortably close to each other, but the booths are comfy. They renovated a few months back so it looks much more modern. The Baked beef on rice was decent, but not memorable. However, the grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce on rice was amazing! I'd definitely recommend getting it because the chicken was tender and juicy, but had tasty crispy edges. They offer a variety of sauces for it but the black pepper one sounded too good to pass up. You get a ton of food for the price and the HK milk tea is always a good option.
