On this, I'm really split. Service depends on who you get. I ordered brake pads for my motorcycle months ago, and haven't received a call yet (which I was told I would). That aside, Honda One usually delivers up to expectation. Most employees seem have adequate knowledge. If you're ever stuck however, ask for "Q". Q knows pretty well everything about any part you're wondering about. If he can't figure it out, he good offers suggestions on where to go next. Definitely deserve a 4 star rating. Would've gotten a 5 if I hadn't had the parts ordering problem. In reality though...it's a small thing. Great company and staff. Highly recommended.
Honda products are excellent they speak for themselves Personally I do not find the service is up to snuff here. It's really not that good at all to be honest. Not friendly either. Except the guys on the parts counter. They are generally knowledgable and helpful. Q in particular is great!!! Don't bother leaving a message if you phone in. I have never had a phone call returned. Left many messages. It feels like just because they sell a good product they think they don't need to worry about customer service. Personally I know a lot of people who shop here but buy elsewhere because of this. I have myself.
Honda products are great! But the service you receive from the parts and service department has to be the worse that I have ever seen. Terrible terrible service! Then they wonder why their sells are down.

We have nothing but praise for the service department at Honda One. On a recent trip to Newfoundland, my wife and I had to bring our ST1100 tires and front wheel and steering bearings. The shop did as much as they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible, as the precious vacation time was ticking away. Doug, the mechanic, came across as extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems. Moreover, he declined to install a tire that had been manufactured in 2011, explaining that because of its age, it would not grip as well and would wear more quickly. Instead, he ordered another tire. Had he simply unloaded the long unsold tire on us, none would have been the wiser. Finally, instead of taking advantage of travelers a long way from home, the shop went easy on the price; upon returning home, learned that I'd have paid the same here in the states, as my Newfoundlander cousin puts it, "The Land of Inexpensive Motorcycles." In short, we were treated kindly and came away with the feeling that the mechanic and service writer (Mike) were looking out for us. We finished our long trip without further problems.
Good service. Good product.... except the 2.3hp outboard motor. This thing is horrible.
