Last week my husband and I had the awesome experience of purchasing a new Honda Civic Touring 2021 from Honda Des Sources. The sales rep that assisted with the purchase was very helpful in getting exactly what we needed and at a price that fit our budget. We’d like to thank Ryan Champeau and the entire team for making our visit there so comfortable. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff made our visit there worthwhile. I had a very awesome experience with the Honda Des Sources dealership. I needed a car and i was able to get it in no time. I recommend you ask for Josef, he is a very honest guy who will help you step by step to insure you that you leave as a happy customer. He was very professional and took initiative to make the process to be very short and effective, which made everything very very easy. Called on Monday and everything was ready to go on Wednesday. I really appreciate his work ethics and time management. Will comeback again for sure in the future.
I recently purchased a 2018 Accord Touring at Honda Boucherville, but needed the language reset on the dash. I stopped by your dealership(close to where I live) midweek to get assistance. It was not an easy task and you were getting ready to close, but Anthony in the Service dept. was persistent in finding the solution, which he did...in a very courteous and professional manner. Missing courtesy and the special touch of a professional! The location of this dealership is ideal for people in the West-island. However, they don’t answer voicemails or respond to requests for an appointment and unfortunately, after booking an appointment with their services department it ended poorly for me. After several attempts, I have managed to book an appointment, and after leaving the car overnight I was told that they have to order a missing part - I find this disappointing from a Honda dealership; as I don’t have a lot of time for back and forth. However, what pushed me for this low rating is when I picked my car I noticed stains on the dashboard and the screen that I cannot wipe out; caused by some antibacterial that they have squirted on my screen and my dashboard. I am 100% for safety precautions for COVID 19, but not at detriment of the client. I called the head of services and left him a voicemail and a message through their website, and he choose to ignore them; he did not even bother to respond. Actually, this was the same person I met when I was shopping for my current car (which I ended up buying for a different Honda dealership outside of the West-island) and my impression from that person when I was shopping for my car and after the service appointment on my car is the same; he does not care. I hope they will call to finish what they have started by installing the missing part. As per what they have said.
