Staff is too pushy and keeps on spying on you while shopping. Store doesn't have any extra ordinary stuff. Items are overpriced and "EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES" since forever.

I like cooking.This place was mention to me by my friend. They have many kind of cooking items to choose. They have lot of sales person who give you good advice. I like this place very much. This place is my regular spot for new items for my condo. They bring new items all the time. The Quality is excellent. Lots of staff who are very helpful and give you ideas and show you the best deal. I hope it will soon be safe for my favorite store to open again.
My wife bought a wok and some kitchen utensils few weeks ago. The wok is made in Germany, the price is reasonable and excellent quality. Thank you for the Asian sales lady’s good service, she was very patient and explained the usage of different brands of wok to us. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience in this store. I am sure l will come back in future if I need more kitchen wares.
I come to Vancouver 2 to 3 times a year. This is the place I'd visit every time. It's not like the big retail chain stores where there is just merchandise but no service. This place is filled with helpful and friendly staff. I enjoy chatting with them while shopping.

They have amazing customer service. Everyone is so helpful and gave me perfect recommendations. They have plenty of options which they helped me choose from to fit my needs exactly. It's definitely well stoked with quality products from Europe!! Highly recommend!
