This was our first time working with a contracting company and it has been an amazing experience! From the first time we met Dave, he was professional, knowledgeable and took us through the whole process with ease. Dave was also excellent with all communication and would get back to you within a very short time frame with any questions that you might have with your project. We also had neighbours who had used the company and were thrilled with the work done on their home! We had our basement finished and kitchen renovations. From day one, every person worked diligently to ensure that each step was completed masterfully and with much dedication. You could tell that everyone wanted to do their very best job and took great pride with their work! It was also fantastic that they would update you regarding the progress of the project, when they would be returning to your home and they took pride in treating your home like their own. If we had any questions about steps in the project, everyone was happy to answer our questions and assist in any way that they could! Our renovations were completed efficiently and with much professionalism. The individuals who came into our home to work on the basement and kitchen were extremely hard working, polite, kind, knowledgeable and dedicated. We would not hesitate to recommend Homes and Renos 4 Living for any home project and it has been a joy working with the company. Our deepest appreciation and thanks for the amazing work they have done on our home!
Dave and I had been friends for quite a while and I was aware that he owned and ran building and renovation company. I can say that after Dave and his team finished our kitchen and bathroom renovations we're still friends lol. But truthfully Dave lived up to his reputation as the job was completed to beyond expectations. The finished product was greatly appreciated by my wife and myself and met and surpassed my expectations. His team was very professional and the outcome reflected that. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wishes a job that will astound them.

We had exterior work done with Dave and his team. From the first meeting and throughout the process Dave was very professional and always available to answer any questions we had! The teams were diehards sometimes working in very cold conditions but the work was exemplary and am very happy with all the work they did from new windows, siding and doors.. Thanks to all and thanks Dave for our new home on the block!!
