Ryan was on time (even available a bit early) for the booked appointment. He conducted his inspection thoroughly and took the time to show me what he found during the inspection so that I could better understand the report that would be issued. He was very knowledgeable of the applicable building and fire codes that applied to my chimney and which clauses were applicable for my house to be code compliant. He took the time to address all of my questions regarding the status of my chimney. He went above and beyond to support my inspection.

The company would not provide an estimate on installing a flue through an existing chimney on a wood stove in a bungalow. They wanted to charge a standard inspection fee before giving an estimate which included unnecessary chimney sweeps and digital inspections.
wow ryan is such a douche ,,, leaving himself good comments ! if people knew how little experience you have they would never call you for any of your services ... i hope your not wrecking peoples fireplaces and wood stoves too much , and don't forget your not WETT certified so anyone calling you for insurance purposes should RUN
