Dependable, caring, the ability to provide emotional support often needed plus the ability to instinctively know how to assist when you don't even know yourself.
Home Instead has been a lifesaver for my elderly father and for me. From the initial meeting with Laurie-Anne, Home Instead has shown my dad incredible respect and compassion. Owner Ryan was able to find several caregivers on his staff who were willing to come into my father's home every evening since the Covid-19 crisis began (when I was in self-isolation for 14 days). Dad enjoyed those daily visits so much that he wanted to continue with them even after I was able to resume my daily visits to his home. Ryan is flexible and compassionate, as are Dad's caregivers, Amanda, Linda, and Simonne. Rates are very competitive with other similar companies. Thank you so much for everything you are doing to keep elderly parents like my dad safe and happy in their own homes!
What a great experience from the first call to get set up, the support every time I had to call to change schedules and the wonderful workers (usually Kelly) that came to take care of mom.
