Jay is now the new owner/manager - this is a good thing!! We got a pellet stove from this store. I am amazed at the quality of the service we received - delivered to the door, attentive and we ended up making another couple of deals before he left. The Celeveland Iron Works stove we received, took about an hour to unbox and hook up to the already I stalled vent and piping. The technology is wonderful, the temperature has been within 1/2 degree f throughout the evening, since the burn-in, which took about 40 minutes. We will be forwarding business to this great local business.
