I love shopping at all three store...Collingwood and Owen Sound too. Rhonda the owner, I have to also congratulate on what an amazing business she has established. Again, I just want to thank you Lori so very much for your amazing customer service and how you post items so clearly 24/7 on FB site. You do an amazing job and there is absolutely no confusion when l purchase and pick up items from another store!! I absolutely love Home decor and more. I've bought many beautiful items from this store. 2 sectionals, mattresses, area rug, bedding and more. Everyone is so kind and very helpful. The prices are amazing as well. Lori also had a Facebook page you can check out as she posts many nice sale items!
I’ve always had a great experience in this store. The staff are always helpful, especially Lori. I purchased a bed frame and once I put it together I noticed half of the slats were missing from the box. When I contacted Lori, she was very apologetic and offered me two options - return the bed frame for full refund or reimburse me for the purchase of slats from IKEA. I was happy to keep my bed frame and was promptly reimbursed. I would recommend this store to friends and family! It’s a great addition to Alliston.

I absolutely LOVE this store and the related ones in Collingwood and Owen Sound! I am able to get so many great finds for my home at such amazing prices, and the staff (especially Lori) have always been incredibly helpful and a joy to deal with. I have never had an issue with damaged items or poor customer service, and I have bought more from them than I can count on both hands over the past couple of years, and will continue to do so. Even when buying from one of the other locations, I am able to pick-up from the Alliston store for no extra charge. They have such great finds, and I love that they post most of their items for sale on their Facebook page, so I can shop without having to physically go in each time. Very highly recommended!
