LOVE the Park , BEST Park in Southampton . In our opinion, which is due to many facts, the people around us, the place , the Management . It really is a plus that its being run by Experienced Management in the Park & Their Team ( a team that is not always easy to find at times) they always seem to get as much as they can done for all of us . Thanks Team looking forward to another Awesome Year 2020.

My family and I have been going to this campground for YEARS. We have always had an amazing experience and enjoyed our summers there. Since new management has taken over, it has been incredibly difficult to enjoy our time there. Unfortunately, their excessive rules and poor attitudes towards guests make it difficult to get along with them. After this year, we will not be returning. Our family is disappointed as we love the park and the atmosphere of South Hampton. We hope to find a campground nearby with less hostility.

A very nice trailer park. Family friendly. Good prices with lots of amenities. Excellent location. It's close to many restaurants and unique shops. The staff are very friendly. Especially the managers Kerry & Irene.

if you like potholes puddles big as ponds and mud this is your place when there is no rain we get dust clouds 7 years of asking for better roads only 5 of 20 roads are decent new golf carts and tractor but no gravel grading or spraying of roads for dust
