I bought my 7 year old son a new dirt bike and was in need of all new riding gear. After checking multiple motorsports stores in my area and being hugely disappointed in the lack of options, I ended up at Holeshot and the experience was as good as it could be. The lady with blue hair sized my son up for everything he needed and we were out of there. Great experience, I have no patience for shopping and this was painless.
Walked around the show room for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me, signs posted say due to covid you can't sit on any of the bikes, was not a pleasant experience.
I was really impressed with the staff at Holeshot. They were really informative and helpful, but in no way pushy on making a purchase. The lady spend a good time with me while I tried helmets on. I didn't end up making a purchase, but I appreciate the attitude of the staff. I definitely will be back in the future.
