Recently I went to Hogan Chevrolet and Buick GMC Limited and I had a great experience there. I went there for Multipoint inspection for my Chevy Cruze. My advisor Mr. Paul is highly knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful with all my questions and answered all my questions patiently. He also arranged pick and drop service as per my work schedule. I would definitely like to add that all staff at this dealership genuinely care for their customer's need and are not just there to make . Overall It was a great experience and I would surely recommend it to my family and friends.

Thank you to Joe Miched who worked out a fantastic deal which I could not pass up. A good friend referred me to Joe to which I am truly grateful. I also met Alison Bettridge the Delivery Specialist who walked me through the whole process of paperwork which was all prepared and ready to go on my schedule. I was impressed the moment they unlocked the door to let me in (covid restrictions) Covid protocol was impressive with a quick temperature check and phone number requested all with a smile. Everyone was professional and showed a sincere appreciation for my business. I was impressed with everyone from Angie the receptionist to my Sales Rep Victor who was professional and knowledgeable along with the Sales Manager Jordan, the financial advisor Don and of course Alison the Delivery Specialist who went beyond what I expected. Alison was excellent in explaining the ins and outs of my new 2021 GMC Terrain upon delivery and showed a sincere commitment to customer service satisfaction. i was doing some last minute shopping for a used car on the night of the 27th and went into the dealership the next day to check out the 2015 Chevrolet Trax that i now own. i was connected to my sales advisor Paul Yoo via Josh who is an absolute sport and made my first time as a car buyer a breeze. the process was fast and efficient, for i went in via appointment to check out the car i was interested in and next thing you know we’re signing papers. Don Mackenzie who was dealing with our finances is one of the most welcoming people that i have ever met; explained things and made the process for car financing a-not-so intimidating experience like it usually is with a character like Don. i then met Alison Bettridge who is the Delivery Specialist. Again, another great personality who is a part of the Hogan team! From when i signed the papers on the 28th to picking up my car on the 31st, Alison helped and reassured me in all the questions and concerns that i had with NO hesitation and with quick/informative responses. Paul, Don and Alison are amazing people and i am more than proud to say that i got my first car from Hogan because of them. to the hogan team that i was able to work with, thank you for ending my 2020 and starting my 2021 with my first vehicle and the lovely impression that you left me with!
