Always a great visit. Staff are super friendly. I’ve never hocked something, but I buy a lot of Blu-Rays and video games from this store and the Barrie location and they’re both great.

The customer service here is a breath of fresh air! I called to inquire about some jewelry and spoke with a nice lady Melanie. She was very helpful and so bubbly to speak with. The whole team is lovely. Please let this team and the lovely lady I spoke with know how appreciated they are! Customer service goes a long way!! We will definitely be back!

Went in with an item, was told they would take 25% off price that the item would be sold for at in store. Before going in I had already been on the store website and knew how much it was being sold for, even had a screenshot. Once they \checked\ I was lied too and told it was being sold for 200 less than It actually was leaving me with practically nothing. Than tried persuading me to believe it with a story that made completely no sense. Would not suggest bringing valuables here.

Great pawn shop. I deal with a lot of pawn shops from mississauga to sault ste Marie on. This is definitely in my top 5. Staff are polite and helpful. And facility is clean and takes measures for customers and employees health/safety during these trying times. Recommended to all
