Vicki is worth every great review she has received, I don't know why someone would put a bad review when Vicki was just following the rules with the Covid restrictions, no one wants to put anyone at risk. Vicki has made me a couple hair toppers and placed some hair extensions, she does an amazing job, and I will continue to recommend people to her! You won't be disappointed, don't listen to one bad review from someone that clearly didn't want to follow the Covid restrictions. Keep being awesome Vicki!!!

I' dont get why there's such great reviews. I've called now over 4 times over the past few weeks with no answer, and have left a few messages regarding hair toppers and inquiring regarding prices with no return phone call. It shows on Google and says on her answering machine they're open at 10am. I figured it best maybe just to go down in regards. Its Friday 10:56 and drove over an hour to get here and suffer with bad chronic pain only to come to a closed shop. In calling, again no answer, left a detailed message with again no return call. No signs on the window or door with any kind of information. I drove all this way from Burnaby mountain area for nothing wasting my gas and time and to top it off my pain is now flaring bad and unable to drive back home until it settles. - Extremely bad business etiquette.
Great experience!! The extensions look super natural and are comfortable. Vicky is so sweet patient and customer oriented. Couldnt be happier! would definitely reccomed
Vicky is very kind and helpful! Her quality of hair extensions is amazing- it is also cheaper than the local competitors. She is very honest and even recommends other stores if she does not have what you are looking for.
I would recommend Vicky, she's very nice and patient. This was my first time trying a topper, and she took the time to find the right style for me. Excellent service and product.
