Went here with my friend who love this place. He even told me that this chain is from Guangdong, China. Tried Hong Kong style lemon tea...little different. I liked it. He ordered for Salted popcorn chicken rice bowl. As he is from China, he loved it and is frequent to this place. Attaching some pictures. Staff was professional and all covid precautions was followed with proper social distancing

Taro slush was really great with pearls and added bonus they are open late. The customer service is amazing, everyone in the store is very kind!

I love this location. It has a very nice chill vibe and I think exemplifies the brand. They're always consistent with my drink order and seem to be attentive to detail. The ladies are extremely sweet here every time I've ordered, but the guys- not so much. They are very fast at getting orders ready though despite the amount of foot traffic which is really impressive. Good job, guys!

Below average boba tea. Got roasted milk tea. Wanted it hot, they just microwaved my cup. Had high hopes for this place.

First time trying this place! Ordered a Roasted Milk Tea with Tapioca Puff Cream and Oreo Puff Cream Milk Tea, both with 50% sugar. The teas themselves are delicious, especially the with the puff cream! I'm a little disappointed in the tapioca though, the texture was ok but there was no flavour at all. Unlike other places that marinate their tapioca in some kind of sugar syrup to give it a nice taste, the tapioca here seems like they were just boiled in water. Other than that, can't wait to try out some different drinks!

STAY AWAY... Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We walked in and waited almost 15 min and no one even acknowledged that we existed. I had to get the cashier's attention to even take my order. After ordering we waited almost 20 min and they still had not even started making our order. They kept making uber orders. There were two staff members but only one seemed to be working. The other one kept going in the back like there was some party going on as we kept hearing loud voices coming from the closed off dining area. After about 20 min of waiting I asked why the order was taking so long, the staff member asked what I ordered and then went ahead and started making it. After another 5 min he brings me my order and it turned out to be the wrong order which he then went back and made again. Overall we waited almost an hour to get 5 bubble teas which btw were completely overpriced for just a cup full of ice. I will never again go here and I would recommend everyone to stay away. If I could I would give it ZERO stars.
