On December 21st 2020, four days before Christmas two of their goons came to my door, they told me there was an issue with excessive heat loss because everyone in the building opens their windows and that was costing them too much money on the heating bill. They demanded I close the slightly cracked open window in my apartment. I told them I'm sorry but it's 15 degrees Celsius outside, and I have a thermometer with me in my apartment that says its 32 degrees Celsius with the window open. I said, maybe you should turn the heating system down and we wouldn't need to open our windows. They replied with, \if you don't close your window your next warning will be an eviction.

Renting from Historica is like doing business with the Mafia. Sure, if you're paying more than 3,000 a month you probably get treated pretty nice but don't be surprised when they give you a shakedown when there's a chance for them to make a few extra bucks.

Been in contact with a lot of landlords and property management companies during our long search for an apartment and historica was by far the easiest to deal with, all you need is to show interest in their place and they give it to you on a first come first serve basis as it should be. No unnecessary applications or paper work needed. Also, communicating with them is very fast and responsive.

I've been in a Historical building now for three months and couldn't be happier. Big, clean and right in the middle of all the action. I'm here on contract and think that this area is the place to be if you want to enjoy amazing restaurants, bars, pubs and a Yuk Yuks within 2-3 blocks. Historica buildings are brick and beam studio sized apartments with all the modern updates. Great experience and have already recommended this area to contractors back home. Good work Historica.
