Was very happy with the work provided, fast response to our call even on a weekend. One job completed and another in the works. Definitely recommend if you have any plumbing issues or concerns.
Today Ben came to our house to see why our pipes were clogged. I called him shortly after 10 and he was here in about 10 minutes. After arriving he flushed our pipes, this took about 15 minutes and then proceeded to come inside and make sure the blockage was clear by flushing the toilets. He also inspected some old pipes downstairs that needed to be replaced or more blockages would occur and advised he would provide us with a quote for that work. He was here for no longer than an hour and we were charged 508.50. I am truly disappointed by the outrageous price for less than an hour’s work. I called Ben shortly after he left to get a break down on the cost as the invoice was not very informative. In the end, we were charged 350 minimum just for him coming out and 100 for the use of equipment plus hst. I would definitely recommend getting a very detailed quote before having them come to your home as I believe this price is extremely outrageous.
Arrived on time, Ben was very courteous and helped resolve my plumbing issues quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.
