I was very impressed by the efforts taken to make the computer look like new. Its operation was very stable and reliable. I was sad to see it go. The return process went very smoothly. I've been purchasing refurbished laptops from them for several years now. In addition, I've also purchased a fairly large number for friends and family. All of them have been in excellent condition and this consistency is commendable. If I've ever had an issue (rarely) they've been happy to help out. If you need to source replacement components in the future (batteries, damaged screen etc) they can help with that as well. For me, this has been a one-stop shop for great laptops at great prices!
Purchased a refurbished laptop from them recently. Great customer service and great laptop. They are honest and very helpful in giving you advice on what laptop you should get for your needs. Great Company to deal. I have been buying laptops from them for many Year. Strong durable business class laptops. Reasonable rates, excellent customer service. Anis is awesome. If I ever need replacement parts, i.e. charger adaptor, backup battery, he is always easy to reach and quick to help out.
