Though I found most of the staff quite kind and respectful, I did not generally enjoy my interaction with management or his service department. I appreciate that they're overworked, to say the least, but prompt replies to my queries left much to be desired. And billing errors were prevalent. I chose to keep my vessel on-site in heated storage for the winter, but they crammed all the boats together, sometimes over-lapping each other. And by spring, my boat was filthy. Also, because they over-charged for a small task (2.25 hours instead of the 45 minutes it actually took to do this job), I chose to not have them perform the several upgrades I'd planned while in storage. I had hired their on-site body man to perform some minor gelcoat repairs over the winter, but he never replied to my update request, nor as it turned out, did he do any of the work discussed. Generally, I found the grounds very dirty and unkempt, the docks in rough condition, except where, to their credit, they began to slowly upgrade the surfaces and cleats. And unless you pay a premium for reserved status, parking is atrocious. Sometimes, a slip-holder must even park on the road, or at least a major hike to the slip. Because there's no solid break-water, the water can sometimes get a little choppy. All in all, as I said, many of the staff were wonderful (including those that quit under mysterious circumstances), but I cannot give this facility a high score.
