The admin staff really seemed to care about getting me connected quickly and the volunteers were very helpful and eased my anxiety right away. The nurses took time to listen, were understanding and compassionate, and offered helpful advice and information in a very matter-of-fact way. They were knowledgeable when answering my questions and skilled in assessment and treatment. Everything was done so efficiently! All-in-all, while I hope not to have reason to return, I would highly recommend this Service to anyone in need. What an invaluable resource for our community!

Friendly nurses. They're working at reduced capacity but try their best to schedule people for same day appointments when you call

Doctors, RNs, administrative support staff, volunteers and phlebotomists are receptive to my needs. They are super busy but take care of all in humanly possible time. Wheelchair and transit accessible. Clean facility.

arrived at 3:27pm on a Friday (they close at 4:00pm). I was swiftly dismissed as a walk-in and asked to leave. Not very progressive if you ask me.

They don’t answer the phones, so there’s no way of knowing if they’re already booked up until after you transit an hour to get to them. hostile volunteers.
