I've been buying equipment from Igor and team for \u003e25 years, initially in Vancouver (back in the Seymour Street days) and now from Calgary. Great service; our Marantz SACD 30n Streamer arrived over a month ahead of schedule (during COVID lockdowns) and Igor upgraded the power cord to a much better model than we originally ordered at no extra charge. He's a high profile guy in Calgary - all the high end audio dealers here have a high regard for Igor and know him well.
Outstanding customer service! Being of a certain generation, I was having some difficulty navigating my new Sonos system. Yuri came to my home THREE different times to patiently walk me through it all. I now can fully enjoy the exceptional sound quality from all parts of our home.
