Very poor customer service. Had two tires installed today and was told when they were finished the job and after I paid that by the way I have two broken studs. When asked if I can have the lug nuts back they said they were never on the car, they were missing. If that’s the case as soon as they pulled the car in and before taking the tires off, they should have told me. Knowing by looking at it that they were clean breaks on both sides, not one but two. My car is winter stored in a garage and there is no way I was missing two lug nuts and never noticed. Very unprofessional and shouldn’t had let me leave with 2 broken studs on my wheels. If what there saying is true then why not tell the customer or show them before you start the job. Will never go there with any of my vehicles and would not recommend them to anyone.

I called today to see of they had steel rims in stock for a set of winter tires I already own. They told me they had nothing in stock. I asked if I sourced rims elsewhere would they be able to mount and balance the tires on the rims for me. The employee became rude at this point and said they were the local distributor and that I wouldn't likely find any in stock. I mentioned to him that another local business had four rims in stock to which he replied they don't service what they don't sell. Needless to say, I went to another shop down the street and they took care of me within an hour. Its unfortunate, because I have supported this local business over the years, but I will not be back.
Never go back here again. I had my wife drop off two tires and rims so they could swap my winter tires. The charged her 113.00.. I wouldn't let them change my bicycle tires after this. They should remember that this pandemic won't last forever. They won't be able to gouge anyone when it's over
Another tire place down the street gave me the run around so I went here. Not just did they beat the prices in a big way but they had me in and out in less than an hour. I was so happy with the service that I came back for a set of winter tires and rims for my wife's car.
Emailed this company 3 times for an estimate on a set of tires ( their site provides this option) I have never received a reply from them, but now they are sending advertisements to my email. So I have to give them a thumbs down. Oh...I did get a set of tires from another vendor.

Great experience. I had written quotes emailed to me and was able to shop around and ended up back at Heritage. No pressure. No hassle. No risk. I was given 30 days to test my new tires with the offer to change tires if I wasn't completely satisfied . No risk of making a mistake. Scott is amazing and put up with me while I was making my decision. He worked hard to make things easier for me. When I finally did decide to go with Heritage, Scott sprung into action to get the tires brought in immediately from the Windsor store and get them mounted. Super happy with my new tires. Preformed great in the snow and are a huge improvement. Not to mention they look great too! Thanks to Scott and the entire team over at Heritage. Great job all around. I will be in soon for tires on my wife's Jeep.
Tires were not there, & didn't call to tell me until I arrived & didn't tell me that you must wait for service outside the store. SORRY BUT THIS is Poor Service....
