I worked with Alison back at the end of last year and her coaching and support was phenomenal. I was forced to look for a new job when the company I worked for went bankrupt and I was not even sure where to go next. It is definitively easier to look for a job when you don’t have the pressure of having to secure a new income and under these circumstances it could have been so easy to settle either for a job that I didn’t really want or that would have paid me less than my worth. But Alison was an incredible resource in my job search. She is really knowledgeable about the job market, the recruitment process and what people need to do to get their dream jobs. She will help you narrow down what you want to do, teach you the skills you need to be successful along the way in the job hunting market and push you so you achieve your goals in the job hunting process. Don’t expect her to just give you information you could have looked up online. Her approach is counterintuitive to what you will have ever been told but let me tell you, it will get you where you want to go if you apply what she teaches you. I have been in my new role for just a bit over 3 months and I can say with no doubt that if it wasn’t for Alison’s coaching I would not be in this position with this amazing, world class company.
