New to Waterdown, and when I was waiting in line at the Service Ontario, I saw this restaurant which had people coming and going steadily over the 30 minute period. Figured I'd give it a try.... and all I have to say is that I won't be going anywhere else for chicken sandwich or wings. This place has super fresh, great bun for the sandwich, the spicy sauce was out of this world good, and wings were meaty and cooked perfectly. 100% will be going back here it's a family restaurant, which is great if you want to support small business. Don't waste your time or money at the other fast food joints. For a great sandwich and pound of wings, it was roughly 20 (including tax)... great price for great food. Give it a try and I bet you will want to go back!

This place is absolutely hands down the best place for fried chicken in Waterdown. I've come back multiple times to get the spicy chicken sandwich, (which is actually spicy compared to other places) and it always seems to be better then the last one I had. The chicken is cooked perfectly and amazingly crispy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality food and amazing hospitality. The people who work there are so kind and do there job amazingly.
My fiancé and I ordered from Hello Iris for dinner this evening and wow, it definitely did not disappoint! We got the regular crispy chicken sandwich, breaded pickle spears, 8pc fried chicken, and fully loaded poutine. Everything was delicious, and we were especially impressed with the crispy chicken sandwich. The portions are very generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the time from ordering to picking up was roughly 15-20 minutes. We will definitely be ordering again :)
If you have not given this place a try you are missing out!!!! Amazing service, everything fresh! Prices are very good! You will thank me :) not a bad item on the menu!
