Had an ABSOLUTELY amazing experience there today! The store itself was very nice and clean and well taken care of. The staff are wonderful and Elina went completely above and beyond through my app to ensure I found the right dress with no pressure at all. Honestly she was amazing and I can't stress enough how much she helped the process! My parents and I felt safe and welcome. All COVID-19 protocols were being followed closely by the staff and other guests and I appreciated that a lot. They gave us great attention, professionalism, and strong customer service!!! I would recommend Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe in a heartbeat. I loved their selection and their process and had a lot of fun throughout!! I found my dress and it's all thanks to Elina and her team!! Thank you so much!!!!

Found a dress I loved at the best price compared to 3 other stores in the GTA. The sales associate, Emily (I believe) did an excellent job. The seamstress was also great and my dress fit exactly how I wanted it to. Photos are by Moments by Lauren / Lauren Valvasori. Also had a great selection of bridesmaid dresses which we ended up ordering from Heirlooms as well.
The selection process and fit of my wedding dress was everything I could've hoped & dreamed for & more! Sofiya helped me find my dream gown & veil, she picked something I wouldn't of grabbed but after her spending the time to get to know what I wanted it was the perfect one. My dress was quite fitted and needed a few adjustments and the seamstress I worked with was incredible in ensuring a perfect fit - literally like a glove. She made some suggestions like ordering a bit of extra lacing to cover up some areas I thought were too revealing and it was the perfect solution. I had so many compliments and still am so in awe of my dress! Thank you Heirlooms for your incredible service!
Heirlooms Bridal was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating during the process of choosing and altering my bridal dress. The consultant who helped me during my first appointment, was actually the one to pick out the dress I chose - she was great to work with. The store has so many beautiful gowns, which made the shopping experience easy as well. The process of choosing and ordering my dress was seamless. I ended up getting married during Covid, and the team was so accommodating to my last minute alteration request. The seamstress was knowledgeable and very friendly. My dress fit like a glove. Thank you so much to the entire Heirlooms Bridal team!
The store is absolutely beautiful and they carrying some amazing dresses. Although the physical environment is very nice, the experience itself was average. The sales associate I received was less than enthusiastic to be there and provided minimal help and seemed to be lacking common knowledge on dresses and alterations. I did not feel that the experience was as joyful as it could have been as the sales associate was not interested at all during the appointment. She was very helpful in trying the dresses on but that was all. I did purchase my dress here, but after reading similar reviews I am hesitant to complete the alterations here. My bridal party and mom stated they would not have purchased the dress here based on the experience we received from the sales associate. While I was there I did see that the other associates were much more enthusiastic and helpful, which is why I opted for a 3 star rating opposed to 2. Hopefully anyone else who goes here has a better experience.
