My dad broke his hearing aid a few weeks ago and since he does not live in Canada, we haven’t been able to get the device fixed. Hearing solutions quickly booked an appointment with us, and gave him such great care and service that I will always be eternally grateful. Since he is not Canadian the prices are quite steep for us, but the level of care is just so fantastic that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone that IS Canadian and does have Ohip. They do such a good job of making you feel comfortable and like you are in good hands. Such a lovely heartwarming experience.

Great experience and would highly recommend! I saw Victoria for a hearing test as I've felt that my hearing has been going downhill lately. She was really wonderful: knowledgeable, professional and patient, explaining everything in detail (I asked a lot of questions!); and very friendly and approachable at the same time. If you need your hearing checked or are in the market for new hearing aids, I 100% recommend going to see her!
